In the official ceremony celebrated by the President Felipe Calderón Hinojosa, he gave 40 equipped ambulances to Cruz Roja Mexicana, the total cost was covered by the Nacional Monte de Piedad.

The Public Accouter Sergio Gómez Sanchez Aldana, NMP’s president patron, celebrated that at 234 years foundation of this non profitable institution the donations to Cruz Roja Mexicana total is 84 ambulances including the last year donation, which represents more than 2 ambulances for each state.

As part of your responsibility in the support to the education, the National Monte de Piedad realized during this July the delivery of donations, effected (carried out) in species on having granted rucksacks to children who study at Institutions of Private Assistance as Asylum Spring I.A.P. and in favour of The Child I.A.P.

The delivery of the above mentioned donation was made by the Lic. Jorge Humberto Contreras Santiago, Director of Welfare Actions; the Lic. Karla Caballero Arista; Georgina Serrano Salgado and Sandra Monroy Frutos who coexisted with the children during the distribution of the rucksacks.

For your part, employers, executives and children of the Institutions, recognized the work and support that the National Monte de Piedad has given to them, through 2009 and previous years.

With this act, this Great Institution of pawn loans gives complete fulfillment to its social responsibility, to the new generations who, only for this way, achieve a better educational level of life.

The National Monte de Piedad is again a fundamental part in the projects of high place social impact. Last Monday, 13th of July, it opened the doors of Casa Matriz, for the delivery recognitions to four students of the Margarita Maza de Juárez school located at the Puebla state, to those who obtained the first place in the category B of the prize Max Shein.

They conclude an investigation and presentation on the Theories of the Life of other Planets of the Solar System, the winning equipment autocalled "Saviors of the World"; integrated by Raimundo Tlahuel, Magali Cortés, Liliana Cedeño and Manuel Flores obtained each of them, the mentioned award. The event was presented by the Director of Welfare Actions, Lic. Jorge Humberto Contreras Santiago, the Lic. Miguel Ángel Pichardo, General Manager the UNETE and the Teacher Xicotencatl Arrollo, Undersecretary of Basic Education of the State of Puebla.

Congratulations to these children who obtained the Max Shein award, as well as a computer for each of them supported by the electronic company Toshiba. After the ceremony, this Institution took the students to the museum that is located in the Mexico City Zócalo, in order that they were observing the exhibition "Life Fingerprints".
