How to redeem a pawned item?

You can redeem your item paying the loan including the interests that were generated up to one working day before the sale date.

You may pay only the interests in order not to lose your item:

If you cannot pay your loan to redeem the item, you have the option of paying only the amount of the interests, so you can get a period extension of 5 extra months to redeem your item. You can do this a maximum of three times (only for jewelry and watches)

“Demasía” (surplus)

It is the monetary remainder for the owner of the item (the collateral) at the end of the whole process including its sale. The Institution will subtract the following to the amount received for it: the amount of the loan, the interest and the operation costs. The remainder can be collected within a period of 6 months after the sale of the item, showing the pawn bill and an official ID card.
